Please complete contact indicating the problem encountered and the product(s) you would like to exchange, and we will take care of the rest.
If you have received a product other than the one you ordered, our apologies! Please complete contact and we will send you the Pure by Switzerland product you want!
If the product is temporarily exposed to extreme temperatures, this will not affect its effectiveness. However, its texture may become a little thicker or thinner.
Although our products do not have an expiry date in the strict sense, it is generally recommended to use them within 6 months of opening them for optimal product quality... but we are willing to bet that they will be so popular that the problem will not even arise.
RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days of withdrawal from receipt of your order. Returned items must be unopened and undamaged.

We will then issue a return label, the cost of this label will be deducted from the refund.
We will refund you within 7 days, after receipt and verification of the returned products, via your original payment method, including the cost of standard delivery.
